Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time | Hybrid)
Erlanger, KY
$20–$21 per hour
Monday–Friday | 11am–5pm (flexible)
Approx. 29.75 hours/week — 4 days in office, 1 remote
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator for a part-time hybrid role. This position supports a busy Talent Acquisition team and plays a key part in creating a smooth, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
If you enjoy staying organized, communicating with all types of personalities, and keeping processes moving behind the scenes… this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do- Support recruiters across multiple business areas
- Assist with job postings, sourcing, candidate outreach, career fairs & hiring events
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Arrange travel, when needed
- Help ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook + standard MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organization and prioritization abilities
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Adaptability, confidentiality, and a desire to learn
- ATS experience is a plus, but not required
