Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare

• Conduct in‑home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment.
• Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and patient interactions.
• Provide ongoing phone support and follow‑up care for respiratory patients.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and drive a company vehicle for home visits (as needed).
• Support training and orientation of new clinical staff.

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN), depending on state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (required). Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy or nursing program (preferred). Home healthcare experience or familiarity with respiratory care in a non‑hospital setting (preferred).
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for home visits).

• Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred.
• Nursing or other paramedical training may be acceptable depending on state licensure laws.
• Home respiratory care experience is preferred.
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related science is preferred.
• One year of related work experience, preferred.

• Background check (company‑wide). Results will not be used automatically to disqualify individuals. Instead, the company will conduct an individualized assessment that considers the duties of the position, the nature and timing of the offense, and any evidence of rehabilitation, in accordance with applicable laws.
