A hospital-based cardiology program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, or FNP) for a 13-week locum tenens assignment supporting cardiovascular and heart care services.
This on-site role involves evaluating and managing cardiology patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and coordinating care within a hospital-based cardiology unit. Providers will practice in a structured weekday schedule while contributing to comprehensive cardiovascular care.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage cardiology patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary care teams
- Prescribe and manage cardiovascular treatments
- Coordinate care plans and follow-up services
- Document assessments and treatment plans in the EHR
- Promote safe, patient-centered care environments
- 1–3 years NP experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC EHR preferred
- $92–$105 per hour (~$3,690–$4,370 weekly)
