The RN inpatient Nurse assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. The inpatient Registered Nurse administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. The RN may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. The inpatient RN will maintain accurate, detailed reports and records and administer medications while monitoring for reactions and side effects.
The RN will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment
- BLS and ACLS required prior to orientation completion
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
