Some Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:
- Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON
- Reviews staffing at the change of a shift, assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs.
- Completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Requirements of RN Supervisors:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- 1 Year Supervisor Experience preferred
Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
