💙 Why This Role Stands OutThis is a full-time position averaging 36+ hours per week where you’ll provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN in a fun, supportive, child-centered environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do✔️ Monitor and assess patient status
✔️ Identify care priorities to ensure safe, quality nursing
✔️ Communicate changes in condition or new physician orders to the RN
✔️ Implement physician orders
✔️ Accurately document nursing care
If you have experience with trachs or ventilators, additional compensation may be available for your expertise.
🩺 What You’ll NeedActive PA LPN License
Current Healthcare Provider CPR (can obtain during orientation)
Pediatric passion and a heart for medically complex children
