• Support the implementation and maintenance of key Operational Risk framework activities
• Conduct risk management assessments of new products and services, identifying process improvement opportunities
• Provide risk advisory and guidance on policies, procedures, and risk remediation efforts
• Coordinate Internal Audits, Compliance Tests, and External Exams with Business Process Owners
• Prepare comprehensive reports communicating findings and highlighting overall business risk

• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum experience required: 4+ years in risk and internal control or similar roles
• Experience in Private Banking and associated deposit and lending products
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytics, or similar
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
• Working knowledge of operational risk management and audit industry best practices
• Experience managing and executing multiple complex projects within required timelines
• Ability to define and document business processes and functions
