• The Associate Dean
  - Kimbrough Hall will work alongside the Head Dean to ensure that the young ladies in the dormitory adhere to the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by Pine Forge Academy.
• The Associate Dean will oversee any student behavioral and behavioral management issues that may arise within the school setting and will seek to resolve any conflicts within the dormitory setting.

• Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred

• Eligible for denominational teacher certificate
• Three to five years of experience in residential life, teaching, or student counseling
• Three to five years in student affairs, teaching, or administrative roles in a high school boarding setting
• Strong understanding of adolescent development, leadership and conflict resolution
• Experience in independent or boarding schools is highly valued
• Local Fingerprint and Background Check clearance
• Sterling Volunteers clearance
