We’re seeking a dentist (new grad or experienced) who wants a stable, high-volume environment with room to grow professionally and financially.

• Immediate full schedule with a large, established patient base
• Daily guarantee for the first 6 months, then a percentage of collections

• Typical doctor earnings range from $300,000–$750,000+ annually
• Visa sponsorship available

• 98%+ collection rate supported by an experienced billing team

• CE reimbursement + ongoing mentorship and clinical support

You’ll have the freedom to practice the way you were trained, including:

• Restorative dentistry (crowns, fillings)

• Simple extractions

• Referring out advanced surgical or endodontic cases as needed

• Working alongside experienced EFDAs to increase efficiency and productivity

• Monday–Thursday (optional Friday)

• Choose the shift that fits your routine: 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM

• DDS/DMD with (or eligible for) a Pennsylvania dental license

• Clinically confident or eager to learn

• Great communicator and team collaborator

• Patient-focused, dependable, and motivated by growth
