Salary

Job Summary
- Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling
- Pre-Sales Assistance
- Assist with things like
- Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
- Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders
- Post-Sales Assistance
- Assist with things like
- Status updates/order tracking
- Troubleshooting using available guides
- Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
- Issue credits
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required
Skills/Training
- Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Good analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Multitasking skills
- Reliability
