Position: Office of AI Business Execution SVP - (Hybrid)

This role will report to and directly support the AI Business Execution Lead at Citi and serve as an integral member of Citi’s AI office. The Business Execution team is responsible for driving the execution of the AI strategy, prioritizing key initiatives and focus areas across the leadership team, coordinating large-scale initiatives, and working directly with the Head of AI in preparation for all forums (including EMT, Board, Regulators, and client engagements).

This role will require an individual with deep business knowledge, exceptional relationship management, communication and influencing skills at all levels, and a strong focus on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly and proactively support the Business Execution Lead on all deliverables and engagements, including the preparation of materials, talking points, and briefing material for all forums, including but not limited to: EMT and COO leadership meetings, Citigroup Board meetings, Investor Relations, regulatory presentations, speaking engagements, media, offsites, and external commitments.
  • Partner with the Head of AI’s leadership team to ensure the effective and efficient execution of day-to-day operations of the AI office.
  • Establish strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Citi at all levels, businesses and geographies, representing the objectives and interests of Citi’s leadership team.
  • Leverage data to create actionable insights that drive decision making and communicate the story clearly and concisely.
  • Bring a strong risk and control mindset to all business activities and support the Business Execution Lead in escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Apply an AI-first, process-improvement mindset and methodology to effectively solve problems but also to evaluate the second order impacts of decisions.
  • Comprehend the full scope of strategy and ensure the right strategic outcomes are defined and then lead navigational efforts to help execute and measure the results.
  • Ongoing and proactive oversight of AI’s progress in achieving strategic and organizational objectives, including actively resolving challenges, influencing stakeholders, and identifying executional opportunities.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining regular meeting cadences with clear objectives and governance structures with key stakeholders including but not limited to COO Leadership Team, COO OpCo, Control Partners, Regulatory Counterparts, 1:1s, Offsites, and Business reviews.
Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to simplify complex information and data quickly
  • Strong written communication skills (e.g. experience with board / CEO level presentations, memos, and talking points)
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented; close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with tight timelines
  • Exceptional time management, ability to manage to strict deadlines and deliver in stressful situations
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude and willingness/ability to pick up work quickly when/where needed
Education Level

Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA Preferred
