Assistant Store Manager – Big Yellow Self Storage (Epsom, England)

Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance and developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service and operating according to company values.

£29,627 per annum (OTE £32,589).

Hours:

40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, early and late shifts covering opening and closing times.

• Lead from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with the team
• Manage, recognise and reward the team whilst maximising store performance
