Pro Cook is Hiring a Store Manager for a fix term maternity cover until October 2026 in our Epsom Store!

This is a fix term maternity cover until October 2026 working on a full‑time basis, 40hrs/week, Monday to Sunday on a rota.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that our store is a welcoming and inspiring place for customers and staff alike.

• Leading and managing daily store operations to achieve both short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Creating a shopping experience that delights customers and encourages repeat business.
• Recruiting, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory management procedures are followed.
• Analysing sales data and adjusting strategies to maximize performance.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a similar sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• A customer‑centric attitude, with a genuine interest in kitchenware and culinary arts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with tracking sales metrics and inventory management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Salary is between £32,000 - £35,000/annum depending on experience – pro‑rata for the duration of the contract.
