Join our grooming team as a Professional Dog Stylist. In this hands‑on role you will lead grooming appointments, delivering high‑quality grooms with care and precision, and interacting with pet owners daily. You will support your growth with comprehensive training and development, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill‑based pay enhancements.

• Lead grooming appointments and deliver high quality, precise styling.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming grooming environment.
• Adhere to Pets at Home’s grooming standards and procedures.

• Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed‑specific styling and finishing.
• Hold a recognised grooming qualification.
• Customer‑focused with a friendly and professional approach.
• Flexible and reliable; able to work a variable schedule across the week (minimum hours per week with potential for more during busy periods).
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Goal‑driven with experience in target‑led environments (preferred, not essential).

• Attractive rates of pay plus commission (subject to targets).
• 28 days paid annual leave, rising to 33 days after 2 years (includes 8 bank holidays, pro‑rated on contracted hours).
