A growing IT consultancy is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line support in a hybrid working model. Based near Epsom, you will support up to 500 end users and handle various technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, particularly with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. In addition, excellent problem-solving and customer service skills are crucial.
