We provide a comprehensive range of support, including specialist outpatient clinics and domiciliary visits, ensuring patients receive holistic assessment and tailored treatment within their own community. A core element of our service is our well established, venue based pulmonary rehabilitation programme, designed to improve symptom control, exercise tolerance, and overall quality of life.
This programme is recognised for its strong outcomes and patient satisfaction. Our team is made up of highly skilled specialist respiratory nurses, physiotherapists, and an occupational therapist who work collaboratively to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
