Job Summary
Strong paediatric nursing workforce essential in providing high quality care to children and young people. As a senior staff nurse you will support that vision, develop new staff and work alongside the MDT in decision making daily for children and young people. You will also develop yourself by accessing many learning opportunities, with guidance and support from your line manager and the Paediatric Development Team across the directorate.
You may be asked to cross cover sites to other areas to ensure safe and effective skill mix across all paediatric cross‑site departments.
