Healthcare Support Worker – Band 3

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Work under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse who delegates care provision.
• Maintain own practice within defined limits of competence and within scope of the role.
• Collaborate with the team, providing compassionate, hardworking and client‑focused care.

• Valid Care Certificate or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate compassion, dedication and passion for client care.
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant preferred.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Part‑time requests will not be considered.

Receive clinical training and daily supervision by a trained staff member to perform clinical skills safely and competently.
