The Finance Assistant position in Epsom involves supporting the finance department across general accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely management of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide general administrative support within the Accounting & Finance department.

• A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

The successful candidate will be offered up to £27,000, benefits and hybrid working.
