(some working across both sites but main focus at Epsom site)

Contract:

Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full‑time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances) Salary:
Up to £53,200 FTE DOE

Hours:

37.5 hours per week 8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri

The role

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Ashley Park school. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will support the embedding of clinical excellence at a whole‑school level for pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole‑school level where possible.

You will be supported by the standards team and the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be supported in case management and planning work, any required assessments and interventions by the Lead Clinician and your designated clinical supervisor.
