• Conduct business development calls to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate fees and terms of service with clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Marketing or Business Support sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
