Are you a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant looking for a role that offers real breadth, high-quality clients, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses across London and the Southeast.
You'll work closely with entrepreneurial clients across sectors including investment property, construction, professional services, retail, hospitality, and more - acting as a trusted adviser and first point of contact for all aspects of their accounting needs.

The Role
As an Accounts & Audit Manager / Senior, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and deliver a wide range of work across accounts, audit, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory.
No two weeks are the same. You might be:
- Preparing quarterly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts
- Completing corporation tax returns and advising on personal tax planning
- Supporting client meetings alongside Partners and presenting clear, well-prepared handouts
- Producing forecasts and business models to support client growth and planning
- Advising clients using cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero, Quick Books, and Kash Flow
- Handling VAT returns and providing day-to-day advisory support
This role is ideal for someone currently in practice who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building long-term client relationships - or for someone in a smaller firm looking to broaden their exposure within a strong and diverse client portfolio.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified (trained in Practice)
- Strong understanding of general practice accountancy and owner-managed businesses
- Commercially aware, with exposure to a broad range of business types
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of cloud accounting platforms (Xero, Quick Books, Kash Flow preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Full UK driving licence
