Luna Wireless is one of the largest Authorized T‑Mobile Retailers in the U.S. We seek energetic and ambitious candidates eager to earn unlimited commissions in a fun, fast‑paced environment. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are brand ambassadors who build excitement around T‑Mobile products and services. RSRs thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continuously build expertise in uncovering customer needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. The role is a learning role with new associates working with the team and proactively building skills and proficiencies. New associates will complete required training.

• Help customers continue their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan to keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate coverage, T‑Mobile plans, and new innovations.
• Consistently seek out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.

• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun.
• Competitive drive with proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

• Competitive base pay plus commission (starting at $15/hour).
