Assistant Manager at McDonald's
ResponsibilitiesAn Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager to develop a dedicated team focused on delivering a great customer experience with profitable sales. Our Assistant Managers help to hire and develop crew and shift managers to drive sales.
Qualifications- Minimum 1 year as a manager in a quick service industry
- Guest first mentality
- Open availability
- Understanding of cost controls and budget management
- At least 18 years of age
- High individual standards
- Basic math skills
- Desire to develop and grow
- Scheduling and/or inventory experience is not a must but welcomed
- Weekly pay
