Demolition Supervisor

Servicing projects nationwide and across the Caribbean, Enviro Vantage is recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial & Industrial projects involving proper hazardous materials handling and demolition.

Demolition Supervisor

• Direct and supervise field crews and subcontractors on diverse environmental construction projects.
• Coordinate onsite work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Implement project‑specific work plans and supervise delivery, off‑loading of supplies and materials.
• Manage crew labor and equipment time to achieve maximum productivity and meet budget objectives.
• Provide daily field reports.
• Interface and communicate with clients in a professional manner.
• Perform hands‑on site work when required to meet project deadlines.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Asbestos, Demolition or Construction Supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years related field experience with construction and management.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to obtain certificates within 30 days of hire.
• 40‑hour Asbestos Supervisor certification required.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules preferred, but not required.
• Operating and maintaining heavy equipment preferred, but not required.
• Torch cutting and rigging experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not required.

• Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination by a medical professional for anticipated work requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain access to military bases across the U.S.
• A valid driver's license is required, as well as a safe driving record per company policy.

• Compensation Range: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour.
• Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.

• Health Insurance:

• Paid Time Off: 80 hours per year.
• Sick Time: 56 hours per year.
