Enviro Vantage, Inc., an industry-leading Environmental Remediation & Demolition Contractor since 1985, is looking to add to our incredible team. Serving projects nationwide and across the Caribbean, we are recognized as a trusted authority for all Government, Commercial, and Industrial projects involving hazardous materials handling and demolition.
Essential Functions- Work on site supporting different tasks for demolition and construction projects.
- Torch cutting different types of material.
- Rigging experience helpful.
- Ability to adhere to all OSHA, EPA, and other federal agency, state and company hazardous materials laws and policies.
- Be a strong team leader/player with a positive attitude who is hard working and motivated every day.
- Minimum of 2 years construction experience required.
- OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Experience with construction hand tools required.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment preferred, but not required.
- Torch cutting and Rigging experience preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational schooling preferred, but not required.
Working Environment/Physical Demands:
- Coordination:
Ability to coordinate actions with other workers on busy construction sites. - Attendance:
Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are essential job functions. - Working Conditions:
Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, rain, pollution, and toxic atmospheres. - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator, and participate in OSHA-required medical surveillance programs as necessary. - Lifting:
Ability to pick up construction debris and lift 50 lbs. regularly. - Climbing:
Ability to climb temporary or permanent stairs and ladders; ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.

Compensation- Compensation range: $32.00–$35.00/hour (actual compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location).
- Health Insurance:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire. - Retirement Plans: 401(k) with 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year.
- Sick Time: 56 hours per year.
