  • Assist with project contract administration, including compliance tracking and documentation.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in developing project strategy and business case justification.
  • Help adjust project scope, schedule, and budgets when required, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Communicate project direction, status, and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Track key milestones, performance metrics, and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
  • Maintain and update short‑and‑long‑term project budgets in collaboration with the project team.
  • Facilitate productive, well‑organized project meetings and document action items.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role (preferably in construction, commercial, industrial, or utility environments).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex capital projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Experience with document control processes, including Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and As‑builts.
