We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team on night shift.

Schedule:
10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Tuesday - Friday;
No Weekends!
Hours:
32 hours/week Pay: $32.30 – $34.90/hour Differential:
Evening shift $3.00/hour | Night Shift $1.00/hour | Weekends $1.25/hour Benefits Paid 30-minute lunch break Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Dental, vision, and life insurance Employee discounts at the Fairmount Café Requirements Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR certification Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills Compassion for and ability to work effectively with older adults Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance Support for Fairmount’s mission, values, and standards of care What You’ll Do As an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments per physician’s orders Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability to policies and procedures Completing accurate nursing documentation and reports Making resident rounds and monitoring resident status Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to the RN Supervisor Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, and assessments Upholding safety, infection control, HIPAA, and compliance standards Join our team and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve—while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
