Industrial Maintenance Technician

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of all production-related equipment and facility infrastructure. This role involves performing a variety of skilled tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and proactive monitoring, to support continuous production and uphold safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 18-36 months of experience in mechanical systems maintenance for a high-speed production line.

Candidates must have experience with high-speed packaging equipment and knowledge and advanced skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting. We are looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.),

has strong communication and customer service skills.
