Part-Time Evening Position
20 hours/week 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay: $19.50 - $21.10/hour
$1.25/hour weekend differential
$1.00/hour evening shift differential

Be a visible, trusted presence on campus while supporting both security and light maintenance needs.

• Conduct interior and exterior campus rounds

• Secure buildings (doors, windows, entrances)

• Monitor alarms and respond to emergencies

• Address suspicious activity appropriately

• Escort team members, visitors, and emergency personnel

• Assist with fire drills and weather alerts

• Help maintain a calm, safe environment

• Respond to evening maintenance calls

• Perform light maintenance and equipment checks

• Complete weekend sanitation tasks

• Assist with snow/ice removal and moving needs

• Support resident transfers as needed

• Maintain accurate logs and reports

• Communicate security or emergency concerns to supervisors

• Protect confidential information (HIPAA compliant)

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Strong observation and decision-making skills

• Calm, professional response in urgent situations
