This position requires a valid class B CDL
This position is not housing eligible.
POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for the upkeep of Crystal Mountain Boulevard and Crystal Mountain Resort parking areas and roads with close attention to detail. This position needs to be able to properly assess road conditions and make appropriate maintenance decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Plow roads, parking lots, and employee housing area
- Maintain safety of the boulevard by assessing conditions, plowing and/or applying road salt when appropriate
- Safely operate Crystal Mountain vehicles and equipment, including heavy equipment
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year experience in snow removal
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of automotive and mechanic problem solving
- Knowledge of State and Federal DOT regulations
- Pre‑employment drug test administered at the local hospital
