** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate crush plant, wash plant and heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
* Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Proven ability to operate heavy machinery.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
* Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and overnight as needed.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $26.27 to $44.65 per hour
