What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve our enterprise analytics function, including dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics.
- Own the analytics product portfolio supporting Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Product, and Finance.
- Establish standards for data quality, accessibility, and governance to ensure consistent, reliable information.
- Partner closely with IT and data engineering to align analytics delivery with enterprise data strategy.
- Oversee the full BI lifecycle—from requirements through adoption and ongoing improvement.
- Implement analytics operations practices to support scalable, repeatable analytics and model deployment.
- Proven experience building and leading enterprise analytics or BI teams.
- Strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and analytics product management.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics priorities and solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with modern BI platforms, data visualization, and analytics operations concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of analytics, BI, or data management experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is a plus.
Location: Hybrid (approximately 10-15% travel to both Enumclaw, WA & field visits.)
Hiring Range: $182,200 - $202,400
Salary Range: $182,200 - $234,200
