About the Position
We are seeking an experienced  OB/GYN Locum Physician  for  24-hour call coverage  in the scenic community of  Enumclaw, Washington . This is a high-acuity yet well-supported opportunity at a  critical access hospital , ideal for providers who are confident managing both routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic care.

This role offers  premium call compensation, additional callback and holiday pay , and  complimentary travel and lodging , making it an attractive option for locums seeking strong earnings with meaningful clinical impact.

Compensation Highlights

$2,600 per 24-hour call  (includes 4 hours gratis)

Additional callback pay  for patient contact hours beyond gratis time

Holiday call & holiday callback pay available

Schedule & Coverage

24-hour call shifts:  7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Response time:  20 minutes

Availability:  6–8 call shifts per month

Coverage duration:  9–12 months

Practice Setting

Location:

Enumclaw, WA

Setting:  Critical Access Hospital & Clinic

Hospital Size:  25 beds

L&D:  3 L&D beds, 4 postpartum beds

Nursery & Trauma:  Level I (36 weeks and above)

Monthly Volume:  20–30 deliveries

Clinic Volume:  ~18 patients per day

EMR:  Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

OB/GYN clinic care

24-hour OB & GYN call coverage through L&D and ED

Routine and complicated vaginal deliveries

C-sections (must be comfortable assisting and supervising)

Management of high- and low-risk pregnancies

OB inductions, VBACs, and emergent GYN surgeries

Repair of 3rd–4th degree lacerations

GYN ER cases including D&Cs, ectopics, and consults

Support & Staffing

Clinic support: MA or LPN

Hospital support:
Dedicated L&D RNs

In-house anesthesia (CRNAs)

Collaborative team including CNMs and FP-OBs

Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Active  Washington license  OR  IMLC

BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications

Clean malpractice history strongly preferred

Comfortable being the  sole on-call provider

Proficient in fetal heart rate interpretation and high-risk OB
