Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs;
Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Listens to and responds to customer and associate questions by guiding them through store areas and projects;
Detects signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks and communicates to management/Asset Protection;
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including daily safety reviews and keeping aisles clear
