As part of our continued growth & expansion we are currently recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to play a key role in our business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team. The successful candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ixivze customers about parts they might need for their vehicle
• Take orders in person, over the phone or by email
• Build long‑term relationships with local customers
• Become an essential, trusted part of your customer’s business
• Check availability of parts on computerised stock records
• Order parts from suppliers
• Pick АК parts from warehouse
• Put orders together
• Send orders by Protection courier
• Deal with payments
• Raise invoices and issue receipts
• Maintain shelf displays
• Order supplies, put stock away and update stock levels
• Actively promote offers and discounts
• Limit credits and returns by sending the right parts on the first attempt
• Occasional van‑driving duties as required

• Experience and technical knowledge within a motor factors sales or automotive parts environment
• Commercial awareness of industry standards
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong customer focus to build upon our customer base
• Competence across Microsoft packages
• Ability to plan workload and use own initiative

• Experience of MAM software RELATED
• Forklift licence
