The RoleCounter Sales Assistant – responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high hygiene standards while supporting store operations and sales targets.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers.
- Preparing the counter and front‑end presentation.
- Preparing different cuts of meat.
- Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product knowledge.
- Preparing counter and pre‑pack areas.
- Product sampling.
- Stock rotation.
- Price reduction.
- Receiving deliveries and completing required paperwork.
- Distributing special offer material.
- General cleaning.
- Participating in internal training.
- Supporting management functions.
- Proven customer service excellence.
- Determination to drive sales.
- IT literacy.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Ability to motivate and guide the team daily.
- Support in delivering and training new people.
- Deadline focused.
- Flexible within working hours.
- Ability to support the store manager when not on site and act professionally.
