As part of a customer‑first team, you will maintain high performance, meet sales targets, and develop product knowledge across jewellery, watches, and gifts.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to answer enquiries across all items.
• Reflect H.Samuel brand values, culture, and style in a business casual dress code.
• Contribute to store performance and help meet sales targets.
• Support additional hours during peak trading periods, bank holidays, and weekends when required.

• Passion for putting the customer first and building memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands, even without prior jewellery experience.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with the ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
