This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced industrial environment, best suited to those who can commit to 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Manual handling, lifting, stacking and moving of products. Quality checking and meeting production targets. Keeping work areas safe, clean and organised. Supporting team members to maintain high output. Requirements Ideally previous experience as a factory, production or manufacturing operative. Physically fit and able to manage 12-hour shifts. Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious. Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
