We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispatch Controller to join the team, based at the site in Ballinamallard, Enniskillen.

Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadiums & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.

The division has manufacturing sites in three locations:
Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full‑service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high‑quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market!

In the Dispatch Controller position you will manage and oversee our finished product from dispatch to delivery.

• Report between factory location and site delivery points to co‑ordinate on time delivery of product
• Liese with our haulage partners to schedule collections, ensuring on‑time delivery
• Handling dispatch paperwork, including delivery notes and shipping labels
• Compiling reports each month to feedback performance
• Process invoices / budget monitoring per contract

• Experience in a logistics / distribution role is preferrable but not essential
• Basic IT skills essential
• Excellent communication skills essential, ability to communicate clearly with drivers, site teams and internal departments
