Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Enniskillen - PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a busy mortgage and protection brokerage in Enniskillen BT74. The firm are a well respected, family run operation that have been in the mortgage business for some 30 years and proudly serve customers to the west of the Bann river (and beyond).

Due to an increasing back book of customers needing Mortgage Advice the principal has decided that now is the time to recruit a new advisor into the business. The role will be predominantly office based where all training will be provided - hybrid is available but we feel that being in the office is the best way for trainee advisors to learn the trade.

• Office based role with comprehensive training provided.
• Hybrid working available, though office presence is encouraged for learning.

• Minimum 2 years administration or sales experience in Mortgage linked Financial Services. Applicants with Estate Agency experience will also be considered, but not necessarily in mortgage broking.
• To be considered you must have the full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

• The role is self employed with commission payable. The firm are happy to pay a sum in the early months whilst the advisor is building their pipeline of business.
• All leads are provided.

The OTE for the role is £50,000+ once qualified.
