Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimation, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;

• Assist dispute resolution matters;

• Handle sub-contractors’ payments & variation orders;

• Document control, system entry, reporting;

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications / Educational Requirements,

Skills & Experience:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in QS or equivalent;

• At least 1 years working experience or above QS in Main Contractor and Civil projects;

• Contract administration in QS skill;

• Good command of written in both English and Chinese
