The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals, create plans to achieve them, and leads a team of Department Managers who set their own goals and improve their departments. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable team for the future.
Qualifications- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- Must be 18 years or older; other legal eligibility requirements apply.
