• Safely operate a bulldozer to move, grade, and shape material.
• Perform pre‑shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to support efficient site operations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate operational updates.

• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
• Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting Pay $24.50 per hour DOE
