** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a bulldozer to move, grade, and shape material.
* Perform pre‑shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with teammates to support efficient site operations.
* Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture.
* Maintain accurate logs and communicate operational updates.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
* Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety protocols.
* Ability to read site plans, follow directions, and adapt to changing conditions.
* Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues.
* Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication skills.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
