** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support daily plant operations by performing general labor and utility tasks
* Assist with equipment operation, basic maintenance, and housekeeping activities
* Load, unload, and move materials to support production flow
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Follow safety, environmental, and operating procedures at all times
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Mechanically inclined with the capability to learn equipment and processes
* Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Dependable and able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
* Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
