Mobile Equipment Operator

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator based out of our Ennis, TX Plant. The role involves operating heavy equipment and collaborating with a team to produce natural aggregates in ориент mining environment.

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• The ability to operate one piece of mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck-book, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.).
• Operate equipment in quarry or production.
barada? Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
• Perform daily pre‑shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance.
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

• Positive, team‑based attitude.
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
• The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Operate at least two pieces of heavy equipment (haul truck, backhoe, front‑end loader, dozer or excavator).

While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
