• Complete assigned tasks relating to facilities maintenance including but not limited to outside grounds maintenance and maintenance of building systems
• Daily work conditions include both inside and outside work environments
• Perform duties which include functions on roofs, tanks, platforms, and associated heights
• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, painting, hose fabrication, equipment inspections, equipment repair and equipment installation
• Ability to safely use measuring equipment, hand tools, power tools and other related equipment to perform daily tasks
• Ability to work with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to capture preventative maintenance tasks, work orders, and work requests
• Assist Utilities, Wastewater, and Maintenance departments as needed
• Assists vendors and contractors with onsite services
• Operates fork trucks and scissor lifts on a routine basis
• Comply with plant GMP and safety programs

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of working experience in facilities maintenance
• Possess basic mechanical skills with experience in facilities maintenance
• Able to read and comprehend technical manuals and prints
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
