- Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories.

Qualifications- Current Oklahoma RN license or compact/multi‑state license accepted.
- At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health or related area.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
