Job Description
This location is part of our Prepared Foods Division. As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally across every area of our facility and influence company performance by maintaining our equipment. Our Maintenance Technicians are vital to maintaining our Team Members’ safety through problem‑solving and proactive upkeep. - Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.
- Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.
- Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.
- Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
- Education: 1 year of industrial maintenance experience; education preferred (e.g., industrial maintenance diploma or technical school enrollment).
- Experience: At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.

Skills:
Basic computer skills for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing documentation; ability to learn CMMS. - Communication
Skills:
Effective communication and basic math skills required. - Must reside in the US to be considered.

Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.
Special Skills- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; lift 20 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.
- Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.
- Frequent overhead work.
- Temperatures inside the plant may vary from
-25°F to over 100°F; outside work may also be needed. - Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
